The second exhibition of the Postal-Collage Project No. 2 at The Shuman Block was on display from May 31 to June 9, arrayed as one large mosaic.
The first exhibition of the Postal-Collage Project No. 2 at the Shuman Block occupied the landing and the large hall of the second-floor artist-studio common space. The collaborative collages were arranged according to the fifteen groups wherein they were created.
The opening reception was attended by about 60-70 people, including 23 project collaborators. A few collaborators had the opportunity to meet fellow working-group members in person for the first time. There was a good deal of enthusiasm, lively conversation, and laughter. There was great food, flowers, and an abundance of paper airplanes.
The Postal-Collage Project No. 2 remained at the Shuman Block through April 13.
