To join the Round Table [Collaboration] Network, you will need:
- an active email address
- a WordPress account
A WordPress account is free, and requires only a few minutes of your time. You may choose to make something of the WordPress website that comes with your FREE account, but there is no obligation to do so. If you already have a WordPress account, go directly to STEP 8.
Go to wordpress.com, and click ‘Get Started’ in the top right corner.
You will be prompted to choose a website template. Don’t need a website? No matter, just choose any of the four.
You will be prompted to “Choose a theme.” Click ‘Skip for now.’
You will be prompted to “give your site an address.” Just about anything will do. When you have entered a name or keyword, you will be offered a choice of ‘wordpress.com’ addresses. Select the one on top, marked ‘Free.’
You will be prompted to “Create your account.” Add your email address, choose a username and password, and click the ‘Continue’ button.
You will be directed to check your email for a confirmation message.
Open the email message from WordPress, and click the ‘Confirm Now’ button.
You will now have a WordPress account, and be ready to join the Round Table [Collaboration] Network.
Go to roundtablecollaboration.com, and click ‘Join’ near the top right corner.
Fill in the five required fields, and click the ‘COMPLETE SIGN UP’ button.
You will be directed to check your email to activate your account. When you have done so, go back to roundtablecollaboration.com, and click ‘Log In’ near the top right corner.
